When I went to pick her up her nails looked bad and badly cut, she was shaking and eyes were blood shot red because how scared she was. And when I got home and started petting her I notice a huge cut on her neck from the groomers. Will not be going back. Which I'm disappointed in. Had high hopes for these people.
