  These people have it down. They give you wise information in terms of evaluating options and making recommendations based on their knowledge of what's best for your situation - not the size of the deal to them. The crews work hard and they meet their timelines. And the results are great. We went in thinking we were going to replace about 1000 sq feet of hand scraped hardwood flooring and after seeing the quality of the existing flooring, they recommended re-staining instead. We did, going with a much lighter color, saving well more than $10K and the results are awesome.

  Had a great experience with Melissa and the whole Masters Flooring crew all very friendly and knowledgable. Extremely patient with our trips to pick up many a sample, price has everything included so no surprises other than its comparable with the big chains! Really happy with our new wood floors and saving up for them to do our carpets next!
