  terrible customer service, last time I went into the store I waited for 20 minutes to check out and after I checked out I noticed a mistake with a coupon and went to customer service immediately. The customer service cashier Sara had an attitude from the moment I walked up. I remained polite and told her the mistake that was made and asked for her to fix it, she told me that the mistake could not be fixed and I would have to deal with it. When I asked for a manger she informed me she would not bother to get a manager because they would give me the same answer. Never in my life has a Kohl's employee treated me so rudely.
